About Us
Northern Notarial Services Limited is a small company based in the legal heart of the Leeds city centre. We provide Notarial Services to Leeds and the surrounding area.
Although a relatively new company, we have a wealth of global business knowledge and experience.
Our Notary Public is Mr Mark Cross, a Notary Public qualified to practise throughout England and Wales, who has a particular interest in corporate notarial work (although he is equally happy to support individuals with their needs).
Mark has extensive experience in negotiating and managing global contracts. In addition to being a Notary Public, Mark works in-house as a Global Contracts Manager for a NYSE listed company.
In his spare time, Mark likes to travel and to cook.
Mark is a member of the Notaries Society and an Associate Member of the Common Law Association of Notaries.

We are able to provide all services that you would expect from a Notary Public. The lists below are some of the more commonly requested documents, but one of the joys of notarial work is that there are so many new and unique requests!

- “Proof of Life" Certification
- Travel Consent Documents (to confirm permission for children to travel abroad, particularly where they are travelling without both parents)

- Certified copies of documents such as qualifications, certificates etc
- Powers of Attorney relating to the company, for use worldwide
- Notarisation of Certificates of Incorporation or Articles of Association
- Certifying copies of corporate documents
- Documents relating to trademark registration and patents
